Heat Treatment
Besttechnica TM-Radomir PAD have heat treatment furnaces made by LOI-SAAR – Germany, located in the welding and assembly workshop and heat treatment area in the tools and machining shop.
The LOI-SAAR furnaces are able to perform stress relieving after welding, annealing for stabilization of dimensions, normalization and tempering.
Horizontal traveling furnace:
- Load Capacity: 80 tons
- Size: L= 17000 mm; B = 6000 mm; H = 5300 mm
- Fuel: Natural gas
- Max. Temperature: 9200°С
Horizontal traveling furnace:
- Load Capacity: 25 tons
- Size: L= 7000 mm; B = 2000 mm; H = 3000 mm
- Fuel: natural gas
- Max. Temperature: 9200°С
Heat treatment area
- The heat treatment area is equipped with vertical electric furnaces type “Pegat”, water and oil tanks, salt tanks, box furnace.
- The following treatments may be performed: volume heat treatment, hard cementation, quenching and tempering.
- Maximum dimensions of the workpieces for heat treatment: ф900 x 3000 mm.
