Welding
The preparation and welding process is one of the main activities in "Besttechnica TM-Radomir" PAD. This process provides the full cycle for fabrication of the welding structures. This cycle includes cutting, grooving, welding, inspection of the welds and post weld heat treatment, if applicable.
The company has up-to-date welding equipment, enabling the application of modern welding technologies and obtaining high quality.
The following welding methods are used:
- Semi-automated metal inert or active gas welding.
- Semi-automated and automated submerged arc welding.
- Manual arc welding.
- TIG welding
The welding process in the company is approved by the certification body "TUV-Rheinland" - Bulgaria.
The comapny has a certificate for manufacture of welded structures according to EN3834-2. The certificate is issued by "TUV-Rheinland" - Bulgaria. Additionally, there is a process for upcoming certification in EN10190-2 system for integrated production control.
The welding specialists have certificates according to EN287-1 and EN15614-1.
The available equipment and implemented technologies provide quality welding process according to the requirements of the valid European standards.
The following welding machines are available in the company:
- 35 semi-automatic welding apparatus (500-1000 A, welding wire 0.8 – 2.4 mm)
- 8 automatic welding apparatus (tractors))
- Welding columns (for submerged welding)
- Max. height: 14 000 mm,
- Max. horizontal stroke: 6 000 mm
- Max. sheet thickness: 150 mm (one side welding) / 300 mm (both sides welding)
- Rolling beds (horizontal) for submerged welding manipulations
- Vertical manipulators for submerged welding manipulations
Movable stand for welding of rotary parts:
